1 (16 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (16 oz) pkg Braunschweiger
medium onion chopped
1 loaf white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and Brauschweiger (in sausage section store) on counter for 1 to 2 hours mix together well add onion and mix again remove crust from all sides of bread flatten bread down by pressing with finger tips spread mixture in thin layer on individual sliced and roll rightly chill for 1 to 2 hours before slicing each rolled slice makes 4 or 5 appetizers
