1 (16 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (16 oz) pkg Braunschweiger
½ medium onion chopped
1 loaf white bread

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and Brauschweiger (in sausage section store) on counter for 1 to 2 hours – mix together well – add onion and mix again – remove crust from all sides of bread – flatten bread down by pressing with finger tips – spread mixture in thin layer on individual sliced and roll rightly – chill for 1 to 2 hours before slicing – each rolled slice makes 4 or 5 appetizers
