c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2-3 ripe bananas smashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. Soda
tsp. Salt
c. chopped walnuts
cream cheese icing (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, pour batter into two lightly Pam sprayed loaf pans. Bake at 350 until brown on top and toothpick comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

(Optional: Ice with cream cheese icing)
