2 cups macaroni
½ tbsp butter
½ tbsp flour
½ cup scalded cream
1 cup cream cheese
3 tbsp pimiento finely cut
1 cup hot chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken diced
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Bake at 350º
Cook macaroni – make cream sauce of butter, flour, and cream – add cheese pimiento and chicken broth and mix well – add chicken and macaroni – add seasonings – pour into buttered casserole – bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 45 min
