12 hard boiled eggs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small jar red pimentos, cut in strips
1½ cups parmesan cheese
2 cups stuffing mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ lb bacon, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs and layer on bottom of 9x9" casserole dish. Spread 1 can of soup on top of eggs. Sprinkle ½ of the green pepper, onion and pimentos on top of the soup. Add ¾ cup of the cheese and 1 cup of the stuffing. Layer of bacon on top of that, then repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
