Base
2 cups flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar

Filling
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/2cup sugar
1/4 lb margarine or butter
2 tbsp corn syrup

Icing
2 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, butter and sugar for the base. Bake until brown in 13x9" pan.

Filling - mix sugar, butter, corn syrup and eagle brand milk. Put in a pot and bring to a boil slowly stirring all the time. Cooke for 5 minutes and pour over the shortbread base.

Cover with chocolate icing and refrigerate.

This was an all time favourite for us kids growing up. I remember the sweetness of the squares ever so tasty!
