1 head of endive lettuce
Fry bacon as much as desired
3-4 hard boiled eggs
1 T. melted butter
1 T. flour
1 cup buttermilk
partly add cream
Directions:
Directions:
Stir butter, flour, buttermilk, and cream and bring to a boil. Pour over endive mixture. Normally Grandma double or triples the dressing. Enjoy.
