4 large potatoes, diced
1 medium yellow onion
1/3 box of velveeta, diced
1 stick butter
Pint of heavy whipping cream
Milk
Can of cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and put in pot with butter until onions are sauteed. Add diced potatoes and add water about 1 1/2" from the top of potatoes. Cook the potatoes until they are slightly firm. Add cream, cream of chick and can of milk. Then add velveeta and cook until the cheeseis melted.
