1/3 c. chili sauce plus 2 Tbsp.
2-3 heaping Tbsp. salsa
1 egg
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 tsp. powdered thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2-2 lbs. lean ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine 1/3 cup chili sauce, salsa, egg, Worcestershire sauce, oats, onion, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a 9 x 4 inch loaf. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 50 minutes. Brush with remaining chili sauce. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 160º. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
