Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 small box each: orange, green, yellow and red Jello
6 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
1 can condensed milk (I use fat-free)
6 c boiling water (boil 1 C at a time for each layer)

Directions:
Directions:
For each gelatin color, combine a box of Jello, 1 envelope Knox and 1 cup boiling water (see hint).
Hint: soften Knox with 1/4 C water. Add Jello. Pour 3/4 C boiling water and stir until dissolved. I found that by softening the KNOX that it dissolves better when boiling water is added.

1. Mix 1 Jello color. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill until VERY firm.

2. Combine condensed milk and 1 C boiling water. In a separate bowl, combine 2 envelopes Knox and 1 C boiling
water. Mix all together.
3. When first Jello color is firmly set, pour 1 C of milk mixture onto set Jello. Chill until very firm. Repeat steps 1 and 3 ending with last Jello color.

Cut into 1½" squares or 1" x 2" rectangles, or any shape you'd like. Finger food!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Got this recipe from my sister, Nellie, who got it from her sister-in-law, Cristina Sanabria. This is a really pretty snack or sweet. For 4th of July, I used red and blue Jello. For St. Paddy's day, you can use just the green Jello or alternate with yellow. To cut back on sugar or for diabetics, use sugar-free Jello. This is more tedious than difficult. Just a lot of waiting time in-between, but so worth it.
