4 Lbs Boneless Beef Short Ribs Cut 3 to 4 inch Pices
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper

BBQ SAUCE

1 C Ketchup
3/4 C Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
3/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º Season Ribs with Salt and Pepper, place in Baking dish
2. Combine all ingredients for BBQ Sauce stir until smooth. Pour 1/3 of Sauce over the Ribs, turn over and pour 1/3 Sauce over the Ribs. Cover with Aluminum foil and Roast for 2 1/2 hours. Remove Foil, if liquid covers Ribs, ladle off until top of Ribs are exposed and cook for additional 30 minutes uncovered until meat is tender and browned.
3. Remove Ribs from cooking pan and juices and Slather Remaining BBQ Sauce over ribs and serve hot.
