3 Carrots - peeled and sliced
6- 10 Red potatoes - not peeled - washed and quartered
1 (3-5 lb) Corned Beef
1 Handful of dried onions
7 oz of beer - Guniness non-stout, or other plain beers
1 head of cabbage
4 cups (approx) water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a crockpot layer potatoes, carrots, dry onion. Place Corned Beef Fat Side up and rub with spices that came in package.

2. Pour beer over corned beef and then cover corned beef with water.

3. Cook on high 6 hours.

4. After 6 hours, cut cabbage in wedges and put in crockpot for an hour.
