2 c mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1 c freshly grated coconut, firmly packed
¼ c sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 c water
raw sesame seeds
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except water. Add water and blend well. Shape into 1" balls and roll in sesame seeds. Deep fry until golden brown. Roll in sugar. Dough can be sticky. You may have to wash your hands a couple of times and keep damp to be able to work the dough mixture.

Frozen grated coconut from an oriental store may be used instead of fresh. Thaw before using.
