1 1/2 c. cornmeal 3 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 4 large eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cream style corn 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 T. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter
Heat oven to 425º. Combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
