1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c hot water with 2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) pinto or kidney beans
1 can (16 oz) corn
4 t chili powder
1 t cumin
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t cayenne pepper
Tortilla chips
½ c Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, green pepper and onion in pan. Add water and bouillon. Add all ingredients except chips and cheese. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with chips and cheese.
