4 - 6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c sour cream
1 T parsley, dried or fresh
½ c minced onion
4 medium size thinly sliced potatoes
Water
1½ c grated cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in skillet. Mix together soup, sour cream, a little water, parsley, onions and cheese. In a 2 quart casserole, alternate a layer of potatoes and sauce. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with pork chops. Cover. Bake 1¼ hours at 375 degrees.
