2 lb frozen hash browns (thaw)
1/4 c melted butter/margarine
1/4 c butter/margarine in chunks
Salt
Pepper
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 pint sour cream
2 c grated cheddar cheese
Cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 in casserole dish
Mix all ingredients except cornflake. Put mixture in prepared casserole dish.
Spread crushed cornflakes over mixture. Place 1/4 butter/margarine
chunks on top.
Cook 45 to 1 hr at 350.
