1 cup flour
½ cup butter or margarine (softened)
½ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (16 ounces) chocolate syrup
1 cup sugar

FILLING
2 cups confectioners' sugar
½ cup butter or margarine (softened)
1 tablespoon water
½ teaspoon mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

TOPPING
1 package (10 ounces) mint chocolate chips
9 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine flour, ½ cup butter or margarine, salt, eggs, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and sugar. Mix well in mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes.

2. Pour batter in to a greased, 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes (top of the brownies will appear wet). Cool completely.

3. In medium bowl combine confectioners' sugar, ½ cup butter or margarine, mint extract, and food coloring. Beat until creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.

4. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat in small saucepan. Let cool for 30 minutes or until lukewarm, stirring occasionally. Spread over filling. Chill before cutting.
