48 ounces chicken broth
2 packages of McCormick's™ white country gravy mix
28 ounces frozen O'Brien™ potatoes
1 medium onion (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
1 celery stick (diced)
parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix broth and gravy packages and cook according to package. Add potatoes, carrot, celery, and onion. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add salt and pepper and parsley to taste.

* Can add ham or Kielbasa sausage.
