12 large mushrooms
3 tbsp finely diced onion
2 tbsp butter
½ cup soft bread crumbs
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 strips bacon, diced
½ cup light cream

Bake at 375º
Remove and chop stems from mushrooms – set aside mushrooms caps - cook chopped stems and onion in butter until tender – stir in remaining ingredients, except bacon and cream - stuff mushroom caps and place in a shallow pan – top each with diced bacon – add cream to pan – bake for about 35 min
