Ingredients: (1) 48 oz. premium vanilla ice cream, softened (1) 13 oz. marshmallow cream 16 graham crackers, plus more for topping and serving 1 C. Chocolate Sauce, plus more for serving

Directions:1. In a large bowl, combine ice cream and marshmallow cream using rubber spatula. Place bowl in freezer 10 minutes if ice cream starts to melt. 2. Line 9X5 loaf pan with plastic wrap. Layer bottom with 4 graham crackers, breaking each to fit neatly. Spread 1/3 of ice cream mixture on top and smooth. Place another layer of graham crackers on ice cream; then spread more ice cream. Repeat one more graham cracker and ice cream layer, then top with final layer of graham crackers. (Total of 3 layers.) Freeze 6 hours or until firm, preferably overnight. 3. Turn pan over onto serving platter. Remove plastic wrap. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top, sprinkle with crumbled graham crackers and slice. (You may serve with extra graham crackers and chocolate sauce if you would like...) Freeze any left overs. |
