1 lb. mascarpone
4 eggs
4 tsp. sugar
1 package pignoli nuts
1 package Pavesini cookies
café with Cognac
Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with sugar and cheese
Mix egg whites (beaten) into mixture and add pignoli

Make 1 cup strong coffee—add Cognac. Let cookies sit in coffee mixture for 1 minute.
Do not let the cookies get mushy.

Arrange layers of cookies, creme, cookies, creme in a dish. Sprinkle cocoa on top.
