3 lbs. Sugar
2 quarts grape juice
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Stem and smash grapes let stand 3 days. Strain and combine 2 quarts juice with 3 lbs. sugar and add water to make 1 gallon. ferment in stone crock. Stir occasionally. Stand about one week. Strain through double cheese cloth let settle bottle with out tight cork. Let work and ferment. Store working about 3 months.
