1 Lge Tomato Puree 12 oz. Tomato Paste
8 oz Tomato Sauce

For each can of paste add 2 cans of water; for sauce add 1 can water; for ppuree add 1/2 can of water.
Add 3 Tbsp. sugar and some parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp oregano, and 1 - 2 Tbsp sweet basil.
Simmer 1 1/2 hours.

Cheese Sauce:
12 oz grated mozzarella 1 pt Ricotta Cheese
4 eggs Salt & Pepper
Mix together.

Assemble as follows:
Put Crisco Oil in bottom of pan to avoid sticking. Then add a layer of sauce; a layer of cooked noodles; a layer of cheese sauce. Continue layering, alternating direction of layers across the pan, then lengthwise in pan.

Bake covered at 350 for 45 mins.
