6 boneless chicken breasts or skin-on thighs (thigh instructions in parens)
4 tsp brown sugar
1/2c ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 T olive oil
1&1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6 cups instant white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 420 (350 for thighs)
Foil pan, place chicken (skin side down)
Spoon 2/3 sauce over chicken
Bake 15 min (20min)
Flip, spoon pan juices and rest of sauce over
Broil for 8-10 min (keep baking 25 min)
Serve with white rice
