4 + cups of cold, cooked rice (day old is best)
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
3 eggs
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 cups of mixed vegetable, thawed
4-6 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of ginger
2 tablespoons of sirracha sauce
Optional:
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Red pepper flakes
Pepper
Onion flakes
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan or wok, add tablespoon of oil and saute thawed vegetables and garlic for few minutes. Add rest of oil and the rice. Add the seasonings (to taste), soy sauce, and sirracha. Mix until evenly combined. Cook until heated through. Push everything to the side and add the eggs directly to the pan. Scramble. Once cooked, mix together with other ingredients. Add more soy sauce if everything isnt evenly coated.

Add cooked chicken to make a meal or serve as a side.

Rice will have a kick to it. Make it milder by reducing sirracha or leaving out the red pepper.
