1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie crust (9 inch)
favorite topping (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 450 degrees F. In large bowl, combined all ingredients except pie crust; mix well.

2. Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake 15 minutes.

3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Continue baking 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Cool.

4. Add favorite toppings (optional).
