1 lb. hard head cabbage 1 tsp. salt 2 oz. vinegar (red only) 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise (only) 1 bell pepper 1 onion
Grate cabbage into medium sized mixing bowl. Grate bell pepper and onion and mix. Add mayonnaise; stir slowly. Salt to taste. Add vinegar as needed (too much vinegar will cause the slaw to be mushy). Mix well and serve.
