3 lb. apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar

Directions:
Peel, wash and cut up apples. Cook until tender; sieve through small colander. Put back on stove and add other ingredients. Cook about 15 or 20 minutes or until it thickens. Put in jars and store until ready to eat..
