4 lbs potatoes ( 12 medium)
1 cup sour cream
1/8 t. pepper
3 t. butter
4 slices Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 minutes or until tender, drain.

Mash potatoes in large bowl with 2 T. butter, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Spoon into a lightly greased 10 cup baking dish, sprinkle with paprika and the remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly golden and heated through.
