2 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 1 oz package hidden valley ranch dressing mix (dry)
1 C Colby-montery jack cheese or 1 c cheddar
1 3 0z bottle hormel real bacon bits or use crumbled bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Take 2 packages of cream cheese (softened) and mix till slightly whipped. Add packet of ranch dressing and mix til incorporated. Fold in 1 c shredded cheese. Pour bacon bits in a pie plate or pie tin. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball with your hands. Roll ball in bacon bits til covered. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and place in fridge. When cheese ball feels firm, remove and serve with crackers.
