1/2 C cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp.salt
1 (4 oz.) can green chilis
3 C cooked, chopped chicken
3 C cooked rice
1 C grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder (more)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Add other ingredients and mix well. Put into an 9X13" pan. Cover top with crushed Fritos and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Recipe given to me by a friend from Christ the Redeemer Church, Violet Wicks. She served this at one of our supper groups from
the Church. An old fashioned casserole that is delicious served with a tart green salad.
