2 tbsp oil
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
8 eggs
3 cups milk
Pinch baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes

Heat oven to 450 F
Cover bottom of muffin tins with oil
Put in oven and heat till smoking
Fill tins and bake 20 minutes
Do not open oven door.
