2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 cup of butter
2 bunches green onions chopped
2 cups feta cheese crumbled
1 cup ricotta cheese
6 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup snipped fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp nutmeg
! pkg (16oz) phyllo pastry

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
Heat 3 Tbsp. butter, sauté green onions and add to spinach.
Add rest of ingredients to spinach an mix well
Melt remaining butter
Unfold phyllo. Line 9x13 inch pan with phyllo sheet and brush with melted butter. Repeat 6 sheets.
Spread spinach mixture over then a 6 more sheets of butter phyllo. Brush top with butter.
(This can be frozen at this point for future use)
Cut through to pastry layer to make serving size squares
Bake for 1 hour or until golden at 350º
Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting
