1 1/2 - 2 pans corn bread
2 Cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped sweet onions
3 raw eggs, beaten
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Season to taste with: Salt, Pepper & ground sage
1 stick butter, melted
2 1/2 to 3 cans chicken broth

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Make sure it's good and moist.
2. You can divide it up as you want. I typically divide it into 3 8x8 foil pans so I can cook one and freeze the others.
3. Bake at 350º for approximately 35-45 minutes. Top browned middle nice and moist.
