1 T butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
4 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
1 (14.5 oz) can vegetable broth
3 c egg noodles
1 c sliced carrots
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch or 2 or dried thyme
salt & pepper, to taste
dash or 2 of poultry seasoning
1/2 # boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, over medium heat, melt butter. Saute minced garlic cloves, onion, celery and carrots about 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop 1/2# uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast into bite size pieces. Add chicken, broth, basil, oregano, salt, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and the dried thyme to the pot of veggies. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. In another pot, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add drained noodles to chicken and veggies. Simmer an additional 10 minutes.
