Store bought tart shells
Topping
cup butter softened
cup sugar
1 cups desiccated coconut
cup jam any flavour

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat over per direction on store bought shells
Cream butter and sugar and beat in egg
Mix in coconut
Fill shells with tsp of jam
Top jam with coconut mixture
Bake till pastry shells cooked
