12 mushrooms- portobello or cremini are the same or regular mushrooms
2 tbsp. green onions
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 slice bread
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
add dash paprika
Add grated Parmesan cheese

Chop stems measuring 1/2 cup. Saute chopped mushrooms, onions and green pepper in butter. Add toasted bread cubes. Stuff into mushrooms, bake uncovered at 425 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
