1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup onion
⅓ cup chili sauce
¼ cup grated carrots
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 package (¾ ounce) gravy mix
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef. Drain.

2. In large bowl, stir together ground beef, mushrooms, bread crumbs, onion, chili sauce, carrots, and ½ cup mayonnaise. Place ½ cup mixture into lined muffin tins.

3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.

4. Prepare gravy as directed on package. Remove from heat and stir in remaining mayonnaise. Pour over meat.
