3 1b. chicken cut into serving pieces
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 Tbsp. finely minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
1/2 cup fresh or canned chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper

Heat butter in a heavy skillet and add chicken pieces, skin side down. Cook over moderately high heat about five minutes and turn pieces. Continue cooking about five minutes until brown on second side.

Sprinkle the onions and garlic around the chicken pieces. Sprinkle with paprika and stir. Add the chicken broth and cover. Let simmer 10 minutes or longer until chicken is done.

Remove the chicken to warm serving dish.

Blend the sour cream and flour and stir it into the sauce. Cook, stirring, about one minute. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Serve with noodles
