2 c. Flour
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 egg (beaten)+ Buttermilk to equal 1 cup
1/4 c. Sugar
6 Tbsp Butter
1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 400º F
1. Combine all dry ingredients
2. Cut in cold butter with food processor, pastry blender, or hands, until it crumbles.
3. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
4. Combine with egg and buttermilk mixture until it holds together- add more buttermilk if necessary.
5. Pat out, and cut into circles or desired shape.
6. Place unto parchment lined cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
