1 cup golden brown sugar
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
½ cup whipping cream
2 tbsp spiced rum
¾ tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir brown sugar and butter in a heavy medium sauce pan over medium heat - stir until melted and smooth (about 2 minutes) - add cream, rum, and cinnamon and bring to simmer - simmer until sauce thickens and is reduced to about 1 ½ cups (about 5 minutes)
