1-1/2 lb loin of pork
1/2 lb. string beans
1/2 small carton of heavy cream
1 pkg. Thai red curry
5 Tbsp. fish sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar
1-2 tsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut port into small thin strips 1-1/2 x 1/2 inches. Trim excess fat.

Cut string beans to 1-1/2" pieces

Mix curry into cream and bring to a high temperature. Add pork, sugar and fish sauce. Cook in high heat until pork is well done. If sauce becomes too dry, add 1 tsp. water.

Serve with plain white rice.
