1 pound sausage
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
dash ground red pepper
4 cups frozen hash browns
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook sausage until browned while breaking meat up. Drain.

2. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Stir in meat and cheese.

3. Spread thawed hash browns onto lightly greased baking pan and pour egg mixture over top and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.

4. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until lightly browned and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
