8 oz pork sausage
1 cups baking mix
tsp rubbed sage
tsp dried thyme
1 egg
cup milk
cup shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. In a small skillet cook sausage. Drain in a bowl combine baking mix, sage, and thyme. In another bowl combine egg and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in cheese and sausage. Fill greased muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
