8 oz pork sausage 1 ¾ cups baking mix ¾ tsp rubbed sage ¼ tsp dried thyme 1 egg ½ cup milk ½ cup shredded swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 375º. In a small skillet cook sausage. Drain in a bowl combine baking mix, sage, and thyme. In another bowl combine egg and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Fold in cheese and sausage. Fill greased muffin cups. Bake at 375º for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
