1 can (20 ounces) sliced pineapple
2 cans (17 ounces each) yams
¼ cup flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
¼ cup walnuts
1 cup small marshmellows
OR
10 large marshmellows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain pineapples and set pineapple juice aside.

2. Line 10 x 6 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange yams in center of the dish.

3. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt, softened butter and nuts. Stir well. Sprinkle over yams.

4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

5. Top with marshmellows and broil until marshmellows are lightly browned.
