Hangar steak or flank steak

Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Cognac
2 Tbsp. Harvey's Bristol Cream Sherry
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or basil
2 Tbsp. fresh shallots
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Saute steak in butter. Keep warm. Mix together sauce ingredients and cook until browned. Pour sauce over steak.
