1# ground beef, browned and drained
1/3 c diced green peppers, sautéed
1 c diced celery, sauteed
1 # American cheese, grated
2/3 c pizza sauce
2/3 c ketchup
1/2 pkg dry spaghetti sauce mix
8 hamburger buns
2 c mozzarella cheese to top

Haystacks:
1/2 # butter
4 c sugar
3/4 c cocoa
1 c milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 c peanut butter
3-4 c oats
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, open buns flat on pan. Scoop meat mixture on to each half of bun, flatten, and spread out to edges. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 350º 10 minutes.

Haystacks: Combiine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in saucepan and boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in 2 tsp vanilla and 1 c peanut butter. until dissolved. Add oats until mixture will hold shape. Scoop by tablespoons onto waxed paper and refrigerate.
