Chicken pieces to fry
2 cups white flour
⅔ tsp salt
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp basil
⅓ tsp oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp dried mustard
4 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients listed above into the flour – put an iron skillet on the stove with oil for frying – dredge your chicken pieces in the flour mixture and when the oil is hot carefully put your chicken pieces in to fry – don’t try to do too many at a time – I will usually in the beginning put a top the skillet for about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure that the chicken cooks through – then remove the lid and turn your chicken pieces over, so that it will brown on all sides
