1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
3 tart apples, peeled, and sliced thin
1/2 c. dried cranberries or craisins
1/2 cup milk
1 loaf french bread
6 large eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and 1 tsp. cinnamon in 13 X 9" pan. Add apples and cranberries. Toss to coat.
Spread around evenly.
Arrange bread evenly over above mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and 2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl. Pour evenly to soak each slice of bread.

Cover and refrigerate 4 - 24 hours.

Bake covered at 375º for 40 minutes. 5 minutes uncovered.
